Zumba is the latest fitness craze. It combines hypnotic latin and world beats with exciting dance moves in an exercise class that burns 600-800 calories in an hour!

Zumba was introduced to Ireland by an American Fitness Instructor and Professional Irish Dancer, Heather Gordon in 2007.

The atmosphere in a zumba class is what makes it so special - its like a party rather than a workout. You will leave the class feeling uplifted and ready to take on anything! Heather Gordon and Zumba Ireland featured on the RTE show CAPITAL D. Heather set up the shoot with national broadcaster RTE as she wanted to promote Zumba to the masses. Heather also arranged for a few fellow instructors to take part in her broadcast Zumba class. Click here to view the video.
